2. Online Booking and Appointments
- Booking Confirmation: All online booking requests are subject to availability and confirmation by Rapids Renew. You will receive a confirmation once your appointment is scheduled.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
- Arrival Time: Please ensure your vehicle is available at the scheduled time for detailing services. Delays on your part may affect the duration and completion of the service.
- Vehicle Condition: While we strive for excellence, the final outcome of services like paint correction or scratch removal is dependent on the initial condition of the vehicle. We will assess your vehicle upon arrival and communicate any potential limitations.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Service Quotes: All prices quoted on our online platform are estimates and may vary based on the actual condition of the vehicle and specific service requirements. A final price will be confirmed upon physical inspection.
- Payment: Payment for services is due upon completion. We accept various payment methods as indicated at our facility or through our online booking system.
- Additional Charges: Excessively dirty vehicles or those requiring extensive extra work beyond the standard package may incur additional charges. These will be discussed and agreed upon before work commences.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Personal Belongings: It is your responsibility to remove all personal belongings, valuables, and sensitive items from your vehicle prior to service. Rapids Renew is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items left inside the vehicle.
- Vehicle Condition Disclosure: Please inform us of any pre-existing conditions, modifications, or special care requirements for your vehicle that may affect our detailing process.
5. Limitation of Liability
While Rapids Renew takes utmost care in providing its services, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Any damage to components not in plain sight or already damaged prior to services.
- Damages resulting from pre-existing conditions of the vehicle not disclosed to us.
- Normal wear and tear or aging of vehicle components.
- Any claims related to third-party products or services used *on* your vehicle by others before our service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Rapids Renew or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
